Epistra and Shimadzu Corporation Launch Co-Developed Cell Culture Optimization Software 'CellTune'
Epistra Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yosuke Ozawa; hereinafter “Epistra”) announces that the cell culture optimization software “CellTune,” co-developed with Shimadzu Corporation (Headquarters: Kyoto; President: Yasunori Yamamoto; hereinafter “Shimadzu”), is now available for sale from Shimadzu Corporation.
CellTune is software that leverages LC-MS measurement data (144 types of culture supernatant components) and Epistra’s AI optimization technology “Epistra Accelerate” to automatically generate optimal experimental conditions for cell culture.
Key Features
- Statistical Analysis: Enables statistical analysis without deep analytical expertise
- AI Optimization: AI simultaneously identifies optimal conditions across multiple parameters
- Efficient Condition Search: Discovers optimal conditions with fewer experiments
User Support
Epistra provides consulting services including experimental design and statistical data analysis.
